Regaining access to a Roadrunner email account
Seems we missed the notice concerning Roadrunner email addresses. Mine is fine as it was associated with our Spectrum account. My wife lost access. I tried adding her as a person on the account per the instructions but that sends an invitation to an email address we cannot get to. Is there a way for support to accept the invitation for us?

Reviewing the account, it looks like you may have gotten this taken care of. If you do still need help however, please let us know.
When the email is not attached to an active account, it goes into suspended status pending deletion. We can remove the suspension to allow access to the email for any migration actions that need to take place, as long as deletion hasn't already occurred.1
