My wife and I have been using our rochester.rr.com email for years with no difficulty. This morning, when we went to log in on the web portal, we got a message that the username and password were incorrect. It does not look like this is a short tern issue. How can this be resolved?

    Good afternoon and welcome @jparker10,

This likely occurred as I show no email accounts associated with your active account. If email is not attached to an active account, it would be suspended pending deletion. This may have happened if service was transferred in the past, a move took place without a transfer or the account number changed and the email wasn't transferred with it. If the accounts have yet to be deleted, we can remove the suspension to allow you to complete the email migration process to associate the email with your current active account. Since the emails aren't attached to your current account, we would need to send you a private message from @Community_Help to confirm the affected emails to remove the suspension. If the migration process isn't completed afterwards, they would end up suspended again and face deletion.

Just sent a message from an active email to my roadrunner account, and got this as a reply:

"Your message wasn't delivered to XXXXX@rochester.rr.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."
