    Can you provide more details of your package or service level to assist? There are options available included at no extra cost for certain service packages. For example all Spectrum Select TV Plans include streaming channel services like ad-supported versions of HBO Max and Paramount+ among others.

    For more details, check your billing statement for an itemized list of Spectrum services, Or log in to your account at Spectrum.net and select the service tab to find out more details about your account/service plan. For instance, selecting the TV/streaming plan and scrolling down will show you all the streaming services offered in your TV package, A Spectrum Select TV package or higher is required for the free ad-supported streaming services. For a small monthly fee per service, you can upgrade to no ads on all your devices.

    Points to remember:

    1.) New customers, new equipment, or equipment swaps, will take about 48 hours for on line access.

    2.) A Spectrum Select TV package is mandatory for the free ad-supported services.
