Unable to access Road Runner Email.

I have a email i've had for a very long time, and now I cant access it. When I try to reset the password it sends me to id.spectrum.net/recover and I enter the email address (REDACTED@roadrunner.com) I get an error that says "

The info you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again, or choose a different method to confirm your account. IDIR-1023.

"

This email address is tied to everything I have, and I need access to this.

    Hello and welcome @BaggedDev,

    It looks like the email you provided, which I removed from your public post, is not attached to your active account. You would need to create a Spectrum ID under your active account following these steps. You would then access email by logging in at spectrum.net and selecting the "Check Email" option on the left margin.
