Webmail migration deleted old rr.com accounts
During the migration to the new Spectrum ID email, I seem to have accidentally deleted two old roadrunner email accounts when changing the Primary/Admin info. Is it possible to get them reactivated?
My new Spectrum.net info shows one of the old emails as the default instead of the new Spectrum.net ID, but says it's invalid. When I try to change anything, or login with the old "rr.com" account, it just takes me right back to the new Spectrum ID account… What???
Another weird issue, this discussion board shows my old "rr.com" email as the registered account, even though I just registered with the new Spectrum.net ID…
This is bizarre, to say the least. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @pcooke9, welcome to our community!
I'm sorry for the trouble with the email migration. The Spectrum.net IDs are being linked to the email address. I see your deactivated usernames and have reactivated them. If you have trouble signing in with them please try resetting their password.1 -
Thank you so much! I can now access everything.
That scared me😶. I've had one of those emails for well over a decade.🙃0 -
It's my pleasure! I'm sorry for the concern, please let us know if you have any other trouble with it.
