For over a week now my channel guide has said "to be announced" how do i stop that?

Good Afternoon @CappyJim and Welcome!
Fist power off everything and unplug your box for about five minutes, Plug everything back in, allowing the box to reboot. Turn on the TV.
If the guide has not populated with data, call Spectrum to have them send a refresh signal to your box.
If that doesn't work, you will need to arrange for a tech visit to check your Internet signals and cable drop line.
