When will activation of streaming app pages be available in spectrum.net?
Page Not Found Error returned in spectrum.net when trying to activate streaming app. Noticed this this happening yesterday morning and it is still happening today. There are also some funky texts on the "Get Started" page such as
{{enjoySectionTitle}}
and
{{buyflowSubscriptionsBody}}
which look to me like substitution code is not being processed correctly. Clicking "Get Started" returns the below message

Good morning @BrendaH1,
I'm not sure exactly which page you're on or for which app you're seeing this, but there are a few options to get apps activated. You can log into spectrum.net and navigate to the tab "Manage TV/Streaming" and click "Get Started", or you can visit our streaming apps page and click "Start Now" for any included with your service. Both options are loading correctly when tested.
Reviewing your account, the only streaming app not showing active is ViX. The rest were activated in August and September. After activation, it should only have options to visit those sites to log in when you're logged in at spectrum.net.1 -
After signing into spectrum.net, I selected 'upgrade' from the menu on the left, then clicked on Get Started, clicked on Vix, the next screen had the garbage text I included in my first post with another Get Started button. Clicking on that Get Started button returns the Page Not Found error. The page was: https://www.spectrum.net/%7B%7Bwatchnowlink%7D%7D?context_token=eyJza3NpZCI6ImNvbnRleHRfdG9rZW5fc2lnbl9rZXlzZXQiLCJza2lkIjoiNmJkYzZiMTEtZjBiZS00ZGFlLTliOWUtY2RkMGMyNWE5ZmUyXzIwMjAtMDEtMjRUMDcuNDIuNDQuMzQwWiIsInNlY3BvbCI6ImNvbnRleHRfdG9rZW4iLCJraWQiOiI2YmRjNmIxMS1mMGJlLTRkYWUtOWI5ZS1jZGQwYzI1YTlmZTJfMjAyMC0wMS0yNFQwNy40Mi40NC4zNDBaIiwia2V5VHlwZSI6IlJTQSIsImFsZyI6IlJTMjU2IiwianRpIjoiY2E1ZmQ0ZDctODViZS00ZjAyLThmNmEtZTBhMzM0ZDVjNzdmIn0.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.YlwpcBJjIiiPNIjUvrIjeGHrQL3B37tVadjfaXgp3wX91XPtCRQTs7lCGRkxTQ5YNpdYyv7ed9EFJZEgcKNDXy2aOo6kcknZIMbUF37xJPZx9S0-j4L8QSHrz9bxwu5Q5OLXPcQLPPVGvdkWWskr9TxgKsgUMBQWqsUagqtyc4ubuPaa7Y1XNIY2IrZgesBdQj6nDhlHLVJb7rwjbcDmZ04grBESmkkBimM_vRETxCL0Ft3fNK0T1_z8t5j3chfqp3opidYRcFnmFQIzZOSi1ZFk73eaXzk1Zk0hxoO_0YkKEX_O5RxlWBAe9PmTxQmChn7iDYrqK2bCPR2OnLml0Q&referrerAppVisitId=202511131154P-a33d7f46-85cc-44a9-82c2-24e2837c6665&referrerAppName=SpecNet&referrerAppType=Web

Further investigation reveals that this Page Not Found error is occurring on my Lenovo laptop. It does not happen when I use my tablet to access my account.

@BrendaH1: Which internet browser are you using on the Lenovo? And what brand & browser on the tablet?

Thank you, catchtwentytwo, for your post. I was using Firefox on the Lenovo, which worked just fine two months ago when I activated most of my streaming apps. It just doesn't work now. The tablet is an Amazon fire, using Silk Browser. Thanks to your post I tried a different browser on the Lenovo, Microsoft Edge, and it worked just fine. I would not have thought to try that.

Hi BrendaH1:
Glad you were able to resolve the issue. In my case, I've found Firefox is less "glitchy" for viewing web-based Spectrum TV on my Windows laptop.
For what it is worth ,Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Brave, Opera, DuckDuckGo and most other browsers are based on the Chromium Project and probably share similar glitches/compatibility problems. Firefox is not based on the Chromium Project.
But all can be effected by Extensions and Addons and sometimes Incognito/Private mode can help resolve issues. Sadly, a trial & error approach might be required
