Webmail is currently ONLY available via the Spectrum.net website using my Windows PC.
On my iOS devices, there is no option to “Check Email” in the Spectrum app or any browsers. I think this issue is specific to iOS devices. Technical support was not able to assist. When I try to use standard webmail (webmail.spectrum.net) my credentials are rejected. On my PC, from the spectrum.net webpage, when I select “Check Email” I am directed to mail3.spectrum.net/user/mail. This link only works as a redirect from the www.spectrum.net site. The screen grab is from my PC. Note the “Check Email” option on the left side of the page.

Hello! I do apologize for the issues with accessing our email service.
At this time there is no link in the My Spectrum App to access the email service. If you go to our website from a browser on your mobile device you should be able to go to the "more" link at the bottom right and select the option for "check email". To access your email through this link on the mobile browser or PC browser you need to login to the website using your full email address and the password for the email address.

Thank you for pointing out where to find the Check Email link from the iOS browser. It never occurred to me to look there!

@Tyleen_Z Are there plans to include a check email option using the spectrum app?? That is ridiculous that we cannot check it using the app. There were so many upgrades made to the inbox but we cant check it using an app??? The virtual tour of the new email inbox that spectrum made me click through, said something like new easy access from your phone and had many images of the emails that looked just like an app. And now I am learning its not true… Please report to the higher ups that an app access is necessary and vital. Its the only email service that does not have app access!

I have waisted literally months scouring through this app over and over again looking for the freaking spectrum.net email all because Disney+ insisted I retrieve a code when trying to activate my Disney+ app. So for almost a year now I've been directed to use our app, "use MySpectrum app" and I've been paying for Hulu, Peacock, and Paramount+ all because I couldn't get that @$*! email. Sure I could have checked the regular website but your support AI insisted I should be seeing the Check Email option on the menu to the left. I almost called customer service to tell them to shut it all off because I had had all I could take. Any idea how much money I've lost in just this last year because I was getting the wrong info???
To this thread's OG…thank you for solving a mystery for me and my household. And for the Spectrum support contributor…thank you in advance for passing this debacle along to someone up the ladder. I have faith you will keep your word.
BTW: I'm using android and my laptop has been on the fritz for months now. So its not isolated to Apple products.
