    Hey there @Jpwise!

    Welcome to our community page, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the experience you've had using the spectrum TV app. I was able to locate the account using the information provided during your registration process and I am more than happy to assist. Can you please confirm if the latest version of the app is currently downloaded to the device you are using?

    yes. Latest. I’ve tried factory reset. Rebooted modems and routers. You name it, I’ve tried it. Just started this. Can’t get it to stop. Not an issue on any other tv.

    @Jpwise,

    Hello! Have you tried a soft factor reset of the TV? With the TV remote (not cable remote) hold down the power button until the TV turns off and turns on again. If that doesn't solve this, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the Spectrum app. Hopefully that is a last resort.

    @Jpwise,

    What device are you using the app with that isn't working correctly? I see several recently in use, including a Roku Ultra being used away from home.

    Thanks for getting back to us @Jpwise,

    Since you have done the uninstall and reinstall, you would therefore have the latest version. Can you give us the make and model of the TV please? The strange thing is that you said all was fine and this started recently.

    I have some questions about the looping, "Do you wish to continue watching?" message:

    1.) You said this happens all the time. Would like to narrow down the time of the loop? Does this happen every time you:

    1.) Turn on the TV?

    2.) Open the app?

    3.) Close the app?

    4.) Does it happen more on one type of program over another? For instance, On demand? vs? Live TV?

    6.) Is there ever a time when you are watching a certain type of program where it doesn't happen?

    7.) When it happens. and you do nothing? Does the loop message ever go away on its own?

    8.) When it happens, and you do something, what do you do to make the message go away? How long before the message comes back? Does it come back more often if you change channels, or do something specific in the app?

    9.) What version of the app are you running? Here's how to find your version based on the device that you are using:

    You can check the version number of the Spectrum app through your device's operating system settings or, in some cases, within the app's own settings menu.

     On Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)Method 1: Device Settings (Works for all apps)

    • Android:
      1. Open your device's Settings app.
      2. Navigate to Apps (or Applications, Apps & Notifications, depending on your device).
      3. Select See all apps (if required) and find the Spectrum TV app in the list.
      4. Tap the app name, and the version number is usually displayed at the bottom of the App Info screen.
    • iOS:
      1. Open your device's Settings app.
      2. Scroll down and tap on the Spectrum TV app entry in the main settings list.
      3. Look for the version number on the app's settings panel.

    Method 2: Through the App Store

    1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device.
    2. Search for the Spectrum TV app.
    3. Go to the app's details page. The version number is often listed in the "What's New" section or under an "About this app" or "Information" section (you may need to scroll down).
    4. On Smart TVs and Other Devices For smart TVs (Samsung, LG, etc.) or streaming devices (Roku, Apple TV, Xbox One), the process may vary:
    • In-App Settings: Open the Spectrum TV app and look for a Settings or Support section, then an About or Support Information tab. The version number may be listed there.
    • Device App Management: Check your device's main settings menu under "Applications" or "App Management" to see if version details are available there.
    • Reinstalling: If you are having issues, ensure you download the latest version of the app from your device's official app store.
