Issue with Third-Party Email Clients

We have one set of email addresses that work fine with third party apps. The second set of email addresses do not work with third party apps. Using the R addresses we are only able to logon and access our mail on spectrum.com. I have cleared the browser's cache and reset the password many times, but to no avail. In comment 197180 I see similar problems that were fixed by "changing the password type." Can you please figure out the problem with the addresses/passwords and correct it. Thank you for your help!

    Good afternoon @wellbr,

    The password type for the email mentioned was showing as an issue. This has been submitted to be changed. I'll update this comment once it shows completed. The Adelphia domains are just alternates of the RR domains, so they won't show as profiles on the account or managed separately from the RR profiles.

    Update: This has been corrected, you may need to reset the password once more if still unable to access email via your third party mail client.
