Email Not working

Think i might of been hacked or something cr********@roadrunner.com

@Mo_S helped me regain access before.

    Good afternoon @Chris04626,

    Reviewing the account, the user profile that the email is attached to is currently not active as of a change made today, along with several other profile changes for the Spectrum ID's associated with the account. The Spectrum ID's are what are used to log into your account via spectrum.net, and are assigned primary, admin or standard roles. Each one on your account has an associated email, but 3 of the 5 are showing inactive, which suspends their email as well. The ID assigned as Primary and Admin were changed as well.

    If you have access to the current primary ID, r*********@roadrunner.com, you can log into the account and navigate to More > Settings > People to mange ID's and their roles. If you do not have access, I'd reset the password for the primary account using the forgot username or password option at spectrum.net or through the My Spectrum App.

    To add, if you did not make any changes and are concerned about unauthorized access, I'd want to contact you through messages via our @Community_Help page to make sure we have your account secured with the proper information. Just let us know.

    should be the only accounts i have tied to my account but the password was changed on my cr*******@roadrunner one or something and i cant get to it. I have access to

    I forgot that other account was on there but i do have access to that one, what do i need to do to get my c********@roadrunner.com email address back
