Can’t view recordings while abroad

It is very frustrating when I travel abroad as much as I do, that I cannot view my CloudDVR recordings while abroad. As long as I am signing in and viewing my own recorded content, I don’t see why that is prevented. I have tried various VPN options, but the Spectrum TV app just won’t start (tells me to turn VPN off) and browser based watching at watch.spectrum.net doesn’t work either. I know the latter worked from Philippines. But that was before the big switch and meltdown that Spectrum had.

    Thank you for your feedback on the Spectrum TV app. The app is not available in other countries due to the contracts we have with the channels on the app. I will pass on your feedback to management to consider getting this option in the future.
