Is my roadrunner account really gone?

I was on a chat with someone from Spectrum because I was unable to log into my roadrunner email account. He said that he didn't see it on the server, however, my husband has a roadrunner account and is fine. What triggered this was we got new phones and I had to setup my account but it kept telling me my password was incorrect. I did try sending myself an email from another account and it bounced back saying the address was not found. What I don't understand is that I was actively getting emails to that account up to 12/12/25, which is when I transferred my phone data. Of course I didn't check my email before wiping the phone. ☹️. This is the account that I use for important things. Is there any way I can have access to it and transfer things?
