Roadrunner email is no longer accessible - how to regain access?

I am no longer able to access my Roadrunner email account with Spectrum that I've had for 30 years. I have important emails & contacts associated with that account that I need access to.

Please let me know how I can recover/access my Roadrunner account.

    Hello and welcome @CWATX,

    I'd be happy to look into this for you further. Reviewing your account, there are 3 active identities with email attached, and 2 inactive identities. You would be able to access email on the active identities by logging into spectrum.net and clicking the "check email" option. If you're unable to login, you can use the forgot username or password option below the login screen. You can also manage your identities within the settings of the primary account. To confirm which email you're referring to, I'm going to send a message from our @Community_Help page.
