QVC+HSN App on Xumo

This app stopped working several weeks ago using the Xumo stream box. When you open the app all you get is a description of what the channel is about. None of the various QVC+HSN channels will load. Opening the app using Roku or the Samsung TV app works but will not work with the Xumo Stream Box. Customer support told me it was a third-party app and there was nothing they could do. If that is the case, then delete the app from the Xumo app listing.
