Cloud DVR episode sorting problem
With 3 months for certain shows, the newest episode is always at the bottom of a list. When you have 3 months of recordings, that means you have to sort through a hundred episodes to get there. This could be solved simply by the latest recording to always be on top of the list or you have an option for storage to be say only seven episodes. That's all we need. Or if you have to have 3 months of recordings I delete all button would be great. We had it in the past on the dvrs and we also had the seven episode option before. Please fix it and let me know that this is doable. Otherwise I'm going to have to find another solution.

Basically can Spectrum cloud DVR people add one of three solutions;
1. For a particular show we need the latest recording to be always on top regardless of the episode number.
2. Or can you have a delete all button versus having to delete one episode at a time? Pretty tedious once you have a 100 recordings.
3. Or can you have for storage an added option of say only seven episodes versus 3 months and 9 months of shows being the only options today?
Please let me know this is doable the near future. It's a pretty unworkable DVR when you have 3 months of storage for a particular show.

Our app team is always working to implement new features, though they do not tell us in advance what features are in development or when they would be rolled out to customers.

Ok thank you! You are the first person to say you can get this to a team that can possibly change something on the Cloud DVR in the future. I was just on the Spectrum app chat and the technical expert as she claimed said nothing can change on the cloud DVR and you have to live with it the way it is then I begged her to just get my feedback to the proper team. Seriously look at my chat if you can. I have also left multiple feedbacks through the app but never heard back. In the end once you allowed 3 months recording without the latest recording being on the very top it has killed the cloud DVR. We don't need to have 3 months of recordings let alone 9 months which is an option. Please fix this and please give me back a message I don't want to leave Spectrum it is really not how a DVR should work. Thanks!
