Freeform program guide
Freeform (ABC FAM) was added back to our Spectrum plan on channel 61 a couple of months ago but no program information displays on the guide, only “Title not available “. When will program information be added for Freeform? We are in the Atlanta area.

If that's not also the case with the app nor on watch.spectrum.net then what's the type and make of the receiver for which the guide says “Title not available “? Just curious.

Good Evening @Waynerd! Welcome to the Spectrum community!
Have you tried rebooting your box yet? Turn off everything and unplug it for five minutes. Than plug everything back in and wait for the guide to reboot.
If this does not work post the guide you have? You can find this by Google Searching, "What guide do I have?", Spectrum. One of the first results will show you what guide you have. Post a screenshot of that, and your city in Atlanta and zip code. Neilson Gracenote does the program guide data and this could be a city issue with your node. The above information can help narrow down the issue.
If you have a XUMO streaming box, do the same reboot as above, but reply back and say "I have a XUMO box" along with your city and zip code in Atlanta.

I have a Tivo Edge with a cable card. I have power cycled the box and removed the cable card while it was off. I reinstalled the card and powered up the box and still don’t have program info for Freeform. It seems that Spectrum doesn’t want customers to know that Freeform is available again since they have hidden it on channel 61 instead of with the other major channels in the 700 to 900 range. Maybe they will move it in the future and add the program guide.

Good morning @Waynerd!
Thanks for the update! Do you have a regular Spectrum box that you can test to see if Freeform is there on channel 61?
What about if you log into your account on Spectrum.net? Does Freeform show on channel 61?
Spectrum says they are phasing out cable cards in preparation for High Split Internet upgrades. See here via Google Search AI answer, which I was told my a rep some years ago so this is accurate:
Spectrum is phasing out CableCARD support due to network upgrades (high splits),which reallocate frequencies, making cards inoperable, especially for new activation, but existing customers in non-upgraded areas might still get new cards or High Split Converters (HSCs) to maintain service, though it's a "ticking time bomb" as upgrades expand.
Have you had an account review in the past year? I would call Spectrum to get a standard cable box or standard DVR. Ask about promotional discounts. I can't recommend Xumo streaming boxes at this time because they are still 50/50 hit or miss and are very demanding insisting on top quality Internet signal strength.
Spectrum seems to be pushing out upgrades more consistent with their own equipment over third-party hardware like TIVO's and cable cards. I would call Spectrum customer care. You might be able to get a deal on box rental or a service upgrade. I would also mention your Freeform issue. The rep may send some signals to the box to try to get it to show in the guide but I don't think that will do anything. Have he/she set up a service call if they advise that. and let them know you would like a regular box or DVR If you don't have DVR service, the tech will activate that when he brings the box. Oh, and if you don't have a Spectrum Select TV package, you should get one of those, because you get about six or seven added streaming services (ad-supported) automatically. A small additional fee per month per service gets rid of the ads on all devices.
