in Spectrum TV App Feedback - Android

Hello, recently updated my Spectrum TV app on my tablet, and for some reason, it no longer loads any streams. Any suggestions? It worked flawlessly before the update. Loads up with no problems, downloads the guide, but connecting to any stream to work. I reinstalled, cleared data, and re-signed in several times, but it will not work.

    Hello @9565307721;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I reviewed the logs of the app and it indicates the app was seeing an issue with the internet connection. I would recommend you unplug the power to the modem for a minute and it may resolve the issue with the app.
