Roadrunner email

Hello. I can’t sign into my roadrunner email anymore. I know the correct password but it doesn’t work. Says I can try signing in with my Apple ID but that just sits spinning, so nothing works. Any ideas how to sign in? Thank you.

    @jusbehappy,

    I'm not showing an email account associated with your active service account. Are you trying to access the same email account you used to register here? If so, that email is currently suspended as it's not attached to an active account. You can resolve this using these steps to keep your Spectrum email to create a Spectrum ID for the email you're trying to keep. We'll also have to remove the suspension so you can complete that process, so please let us know if the email mentioned is the correct one, otherwise we can contact you in a private message to get the affected email address.
