This morning (January 29, 2026) I went to login to webmail.rr.com portal and was directed to the Spectrum Portal. I created the spectrum email per the instructions but none of my Roadrunner email @wi.rr.com is there. I thought it was going to be transitioned over.

Help.

    Good morning and welcome @pcassist,

    To access your email, you would log into spectrum.net with the email account you're trying to view email for. Each email account associated with your account has it's own login. I see you have 5 ID's active with wi.rr.com domains and one with a spectrum.net domain that is also your primary ID. Each one you'd access separately, the email accounts would not be accessible from any other profile but their own.

    I don't see a place to input my email from roadrunner.com, it seems to be only allowing me to create a new one.

    @decker720

    Are you logging in using the email and password you are trying to access if they are different from the original account credentials?

    Let the system log you in to the default email (@spectrum.net) then Log Off and it will give you a sign in screen that you can put your @wi.rr.com (RoadRunner) email and password.

    @pcassist,

    To confirm, you were able to log into the correct email account via spectrum.net? You should not need to sign into any other profile before accessing the one with your email, but if you're logged into any other profile, you would need to log out first.
