Trouble Accessing Webmail

I am no longer able to access my webmail as it states I don't have an email address associated. I do have an email which is a different name than mine associated with the account. I can log into the account with my username and password, but unable to login with email associated with my account. Hope this makes sense.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about accessing our webmail option. When you are redirected to the new site are you entering your email information? If so, are you receiving an error message? You would not want to use your My Account information, but your actual email information when logging in to view your webmail. -Lyn
