Email on iPhone

If you're not able to access email via a third party client, please verify the email server settings are correct. You can attempt login to the email via spectrum.net using the full email address and current known password. You may need to use the "Forgot Username or Password?" option on the sign in screen and then use the same login information in your mail client.
The email associated with your admin profile is active and I see a password change was completed on 1/30. Did you update the email client with the new password? The other 2 emails on the account are inactive and locked due to inactivity.0 -
Thank you Mo_S, I am tech challenged regarding the iphone……if I go to my mail icon it used to pop up and search for new mail……..now it just pops up the emails from the 30th and gives me a message "Cannot get mail….The mail server pop-server.roadrunner.com is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings." But I don't know how to verify?? I have never had to sign in to my email on the phone.

I certainly understand technological challenges. You should be able to modify server settings on the iPhone by going into Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts and selecting the email account you're trying to update. As it looks like the password was what changed, you'd need to update that within the email account settings in your mail app.
Alternatively, you can delete the existing mail account and set it up as new if you're not able to manage editing the settings. Apple has instructions for setting up a mail account here. This would not impact the email account itself, only remove it from your device and add it again.0
