With the spectrum email upgrade, some of my subaccounts at socal.rr.com did not transfer

When I try to log into three of my subaccounts with correct full email address @socal.rr.com, it says no match found. Am I supposed to create a new username? I don't want a black email account as I need the original emails received in those subaccounts. I also need to update the contact telephone number and email address for each of the subaccounts. I can see on the master account all the subuser roles, but they are not identified by the original subaccount and I cannot update the phone number and email address on those accounts so that I can log in with correct credentials. What to do?

I was able to access the account using the information provided during the registrations process and can confirm the email is still active. To confirm, if you're sure the email addresses are correct, have you tried resetting the passwords for those subaccounts. You can do this by using the Forgot Password option on the login page.
