accessing roadrunner account

I'm trying to access my old roadrunner account. I've tried all the steps and still cant get in. I've used chat and they said to change the name on my spectrum account to match the name on my roadrunner account which I did, but still not helping. I cancelled my spectrum service on 1-18-26 so not more than 30 days ago and was told that should be fine. What can I do to access my email account? Thanks

    Hi @swatson91170, welcome to our community! I've found your emails but it looks like they were on a previous account that was disconnected in 2023. I've transferred them to your most recent account, though I can't guarantee they will work since your service is already disconnected. Please try signing in at Spectrum.net, you may need to use the "Forgot Username or Password?" options to reset your password. Your username is the full email address.
