Outdated Channel Names in Guide
I am reporting outdated call letters/channel names in the Guide.
The first set of channels with outdated call letters is a local station, on channels 63, 1239, and 1293 (Retro TV, channel 63-3 over-the-air). This station’s call letters are still listed in both Spectrum Guide and ODN as KBEH. The station changed its calls to KWHY more than a year ago. So please change 63 and 1239 to KWHYHD, and 1293 to KWHYDT3.
The second pair of channels affected is 79 and 403, which recently rebranded to Discovery Turbo. The call letters in the Guide for this channel still reference the channel’s old name, MotorTrend TV. This is present in both guides as well. I suggest changing the call letters to something like DTURBO or DTURBOHD.
The third outdated channel name is only present in Spectrum Guide. This concerns channel 402, Racer Network, which is still listed as MavHD. Please change it to RACERHD.
Please pass along the above information to where it needs to go.

Not to defray the righteous vigilance but to give you some idea of how cool Meruelo Media itself is about getting their call-sign currency pushed out to any of their contracted re-distributors (including Dish, DirecTV, and AT&T), note that:
- They still have their KSCN-TV channel 22.1 down as KWHY-TV at 🔗
- Their Canal de la Fe channel 63.1 logo remains call-signless: 🔗
- Get After It Media still has their Retro TV affiliation with KWHY down as KBEH 63.3 at 🔗

Hello @Joey1986,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I was able to locate your account via the information provided during the registration process and would just like to ask a few more questions to help troubleshoot this issue. Upon checking the account, I am not showing any known service alerts. To confirm, is this happening via streaming our Spectrum TV app or via the cable box(s)?

It’s happening via both the cable boxes and the Spectrum TV app.
