Hi & welcome!
I am not seeing a nc.rr.com email associated with your account. I am also seeing that your current account was opened in 2023, well after we started issuing spectrum.net emails. Was the nc.rr.com email associated with a different or an older, closed account? When was the last time you were able to access the email?

I am having the same problem. Keeps telling me to reset the password then says the feature is unavailable. On line chat said to delete cookies but that doesn’t help

Hi @dparker12, welcome to our community. I've located your account and show you still have one active rr.com email and one spectrum.net. Please make sure you are signing in at Spectrum.net using the email address as the username. If you can't log in try resetting your password using the "Forgot username or password?" option.

Hi William, I tried using my email address of (dparker12) at Spectrum.net but it will not let me into the the rr.com email . I can log into the spectrum.net account but none of my emails are there. I have years of emails on rr.com and I really need access to them. I tried chasing with customer support last night but they could not help.

Hello @dparker12;
I can confirm that the email account is linked properly and still does have email messages. Did you try resetting the password for the email account? Once you reset it, make sure to log out of your main Spectrum account and log in with the old rr.com email address.
