Why, after listening to the sales pitch and switching my mobile service, was I left to figure it out
on my own? Now no trace in and I save no money. How long before I can legally switch to a different carrier? I feel robbed. All I want is a grace period for my trade in as there was mass confusion switching to the new phones. My kids went days without service. It’s far less than easy and smooth.

I do apologize for the poor experience in switching to Spectrum Mobile. If you were supposed to get trade in credit or some kind of promotional rate on the phone service the best option is to call in to the mobile team at 1-833-224-6603 to have them review your account and the sale to see what can be done.

yeah im outside the 21 day window. I would argue the process wasn’t smooth and they should honor the return. Oh well live and learn. I should never have agreed to listen to the sales pitch.
