How do I activate cloud dvr? I just hooked up xumo box.

There isn't an activation process if already subscribed, but Cloud DVR is a subscribed service that would need added to your account. It would be in addition to and separate from any traditional DVR service through a receiver. Once added, if you keep the traditional DVR as well, you would lose any remote management of the DVR online in favor of the Cloud DVR service.1

You will need to call Spectrum Customer Care to activate the Cloud DVR service. Note that remote functionality may not be available (i.e Online management) of services for up to 48 hours. It takes that long in most cases for new equipment to sync with the network.
