how do I add OC16 as a favorite?

    Hello @nmteves!

    Welcome to our community page and thank you for your question! Setting the channel as a favorite is quite simple and you can do so the following way on your cable box:

    1. On the Program Guide, highlight the network on the left edge of your TV screen and press OK
    2. You can also select FAVORITE on the Detail Screen and press OK. Then press the BACK button on your remote to return to the Guide.
    3. Use the Right and Left arrow buttons on your remote to highlight a channel. Press OK on your remote to add or remove the channel as a favorite.

    You can also choose several Favorites at once. Press the MENU button on your remote, then choose Settings & Support > Preferences > Favorites.

    Highlight the channels you want to watch and press OK to mark them as favorites. Then choose SAVE.
