I had 2 roadrunner emails attached to my internet account why did 1 quit working

My wife is unable to attach to servers to get her email on phone and Ipad. Both were working this morning but not this afternoon. My email is also a roadrunner email but still works on my android phone and Ipad. Port settings are identical for both accounts
