unable to log into any legacy austin.rr.com address

I have one primary (initial email created with the RoadRunner account) and four additional aliases.

webmail.austin.rr.com redirects (briefly) to https://www.spectrum.net/?targetUrl=webmail2 but then id.spectrum.net and none of the email/password combinations work, and an attempt to Confirm My Account gives:

The info you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again, or choose a different method to confirm your account. IDIR-1023.

Please DM me for the account names.

    Hello @tk_atx;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I am only showing one austin.rr.com email address linked to your account currently. Your other email accounts maybe in our legacy systems and would need to be moved before you can access them on www.spectrum.net. I have sent you an email message with instructions on how to transfer the email address to your profile.

    Thanks @Edward_T

    I have linked two of the four as a Standard Role per the instructions in the email, but it now says I've reached the maximum number of people for my account.

    I'll see if I can log in via POP3 with an old client and figure out what truly needs to move and what can be decommissioned.

    I see that your account had already had a couple profiles. You can remove them and it will let you create the additional profiles for the additional email accounts. You can then use these new profiles for the individuals you removed.
