Trying to access my roadrunner account emails

Hello! I am trying to access my emails from my roadrunner account. I have read other questions and tried some of the suggestions, but it just takes me to the Spectrum email site and none of my roadrunner emails are there. I've had this account for over 20 years and all my emails come through there. Help!

    Hello @mihuck,

    For email access, you'll log into spectrum.net with the full email address you're trying to view and associated password. Each email account would have it's own separate login. From there, you'd go to the "check email" option once logged in. I see you have 6 emails under the roadrunner.com domain and one under the spectrum.net domain that are active. The email address used to register here is showing there was unusual activity and the password was reset. If unable to log in, you can reset the password using the Forgot Username or Password option below the sign in fields.

    Once signed in to the account via the "Sign In" hyperlink of none other than 🔗 https://www.spectrum.net with the email address of interest for the username and the password thereof, where you would reset the password if needs be via the "Forgot Username or Password?" hyperlink, you would then hit the "Check Email" hyperlink in the left-side column of the account summary page in order to go to the mailbox web U.I.

    Otherwise just curious if by "emails" as in "none of my roadrunner emails are there" if you are referring to the account/mailbox at large or incoming messages thereof or what.

    @mihuck,

    Are you signed into spectrum.net with another user ID or have you logged out completely before trying to log into the other account? When you get to the forgot username or password option, there should be several options to confirm your account. If you're using username and zip code, the username would be the full email address. You have 2 email addresses that have the same name with a different domain at the end. After that, it would want to send you a text, email or call you with a verification code to enter and proceed to reset.

    I logged out completely and then logged back in with the roadrunner domain. I tried the "forgot username" and used the roadrunner domain. It sends me the code. When I type in code, it takes me to the "reset your password" page and the username at the top is the spectrum one. ???

    @HT_Greenfield I am referring to the actual account/mailbox. I cannot get to that inbox anymore and when I click on "get emails" it's only the spectrum ones, which are none, since I've never used that address with anyone. :(
