i notice slowing and congestion on my internet. Are they upgrading network in my area?

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I do apologize for the poor internet connection you are having right now. There is not any known issues or upgrades in progress at the moment. I analyzed your modem and it is online and does not have any history of cable signal problems. I do see that your modem has not been reset in a while. Can you unplug the power and unscrew the cable line to the modem? Leave them unplugged for a minute. When you connect the cable line, make sure it is screwed in tightly. This may stabilize your connection.
