Why isn't GREAT TV (formerly the GET TV channel) available here (Albany NY area)?

It's available on local OTA and is an affiliate of NBC. MeTV is another NBC affiliate but available here on cable.

    Hello @deedleann824,

    The simple answer is that Spectrum does not have a carriage agreement to offer Great TV at this time. Spectrum has to have a contractual agreement to carry the station. The providers only provide the equipment, signals, and lines.

    To submit a request that Great Entertainment Television carry the station on Spectrum, Spectrum customers should fill out the form at this link:

    P.S.: It's more like WNYT is primarily affiliated with NBC and secondarily affiliated with each of Me TV, Start TV, and Great, and you may gage your expectations according to the fact that WNYT Great 13.4 is at the bottom of their secondary sub-channel totem pole and is not simulcast by any redistributors including e.g. Verizon FiOS, Dish, DirecTV.
