How do I get to my twc email?

I have tried and tried to get to my twc email to no avail. It is not listed on the left hand side menu.

    Hello @mtmartins;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. You have multiple identities with your account. The twc email is associated with one you created separate of the main identity. You can access it by logging into www.spectrum.net with the identity that was created when you linked your twc email account.
