Is high-split upgrade work happening in or near Los Angeles, CA (90045) right now?

    I checked the status of the upgrade in your area and I can confirm that work is ongoing. This work can take several months to complete and enable. We currently do not have an estimate and this indicates that it likely will be at least 6 months before it is enabled.
