Why are Messages to GMail not coming through?

I have had the Roadrunner account for 22 years. Since it is no longer supported, I set up multiple gmail accounts and have been arduously changing email addresses, which number in the hundreds.

Unfortunately, gmail messages are not making it to me. I am missing newsletter, gift card rewards and other messages.

What is going on with this? In the fall, I will be moving to another company because this is so disruptive and often upsetting.

    Hi & welcome!

    Are you referencing emails coming in on one of your @nc.c.rr.com emails? Are you accessing email through Spectrum.net or a different email client?

    In addition, legacy Spectrum and roadrunner email will continue to be supported for existing customers as long as you have an active Internet subscription. It is just no longer offered to new customers.

    Roadrunner email is no longer supported unless you want to sift through tons of spam and garbage. It all started about eight years ago when NY Times was blocked. I created a gmail account to receive content from there and several others. The emails were bounced back or blocked.

    Now, I am engaged in the arduous process of changing emails, some of which predated by time here. I signed up in 2004.

    I have three Gmail accounts now. The main one does not receive messages with security codes, newsletters, gift cards and various other items. I do not use Spectrum.net.

    We can only assist with Spectrum and legacy roadrunner emails. For assistance with Gmail, you would need to contact Google Help (https://support.google.com)
