Internet Outages

in Network Evolution

This past week Spectrum internet in my area seemed to have had random outages throughout the day (more often and longer than usual-connected to invincible wifi for hours) and this week speeds seems to have slowed down a bit at different times of the day. Any way to determine if this is because of the network upgrades we were told were being done in our area? If so, is there date set for completion in my area? Thanks for any info. that can be shared!

    I checked the known issues in the recent history. I did see there were a couple known issues but they were not related to an upgrade. There was some maintenance done during the overnight hours but they were standard maintenance work and not related to an upgrade. There was an issue earlier today, one 5/9, and a couple in the previous week. If you are seeing issues outside of the known issues then we can investigate the issue further.

    I checked the status of the Network Evolutions upgrades in your area and we do not have an estimate on when it will be completed and enabled. This indicates that it would be at least 6 months before it will be enabled.
