    I am paying for 400 MPS internet. A tech came out last week and went over everything, and changed out the modem. I tested it in front of him and the best it would get is about 150MPS. He said that's the "best he can do". What do I need to do to get this fixed?

    Hi,

    Your service has been unusable for the past four days. When I call to speak to a representative, I’m prompted by a machine to enter my security code on my billing statement. I enrolled in paperless statements and so I view billing information on the Spectrum App. However, after logging in, when I click on ‘view statements’ I am prompted by the app to enter my security code to verify my account (see attached). This was poorly thought out. How can I view the statement to access the security code when the security code is needed to view the statement? I see other people have posted here about the same issue and there has been no resolution. There has been a complete lack of transparency and accountability from Spectrum and the service has been unreliable and unusable. I have been a loyal customer but will make sure that your exploitative behavior is well known and this is reflected in your reputation online.
