    Hello, we just got fiber optic service yesterday and signed up for the 2gig program; however, even if I am hard wired to the router, I am only connecting at about 1gig. What can we do to get it up closer to the 2gig speed?

      Welcome to the Community Forums. Make sure to make a general post on our main page and do not post on individual moderator walls. If you post there, then a moderator that is available will be able to assist you. I tested your modem and it is showing the full internet speeds you should be getting. If you are still seeing issues then please post on the main page.
