What is unacceptable is that Spectrum will NOT acknowledge there is a problem & has not informed their tech support of it so many of us have wasted hours on the phone or worse waited for in home …1 -

Satch- I've done all of that! Nothing helps! & you are correct, the technicians that come to your home cannot do anything about it. They only deal with hardware & this is an app issue.1
