Just to comment on Satch's post, We only get the suspicious activity message when logging on to the spectrum App not when logging onto email. I'm the only one who actually uses the Charter.net email.…1 -

I like this idea, at least if I have to change pw every month it is only on one device instead of multiple and it may fix the problem. I'll try and see what happens and report back.1
