Thanks. This is a known intermittent issue with Cloud DVR recordings. Our engineers are aware of this issue and working on a fix. Unfortunately, there is not an ETA available, but they are working to…1 -

Can you test it on another device, maybe a smartphone, tablet or laptop and let us know if the issue still occurs?1
