Will you please run a speed test and share your results? Please use your newest/fastest device connected with an ethernet cable, or right next to the router if all you have is WiFi only devices.1 -

Hi @fzheng, welcome to our community! I've taken a look at your modem and everything from our end looks great. I only see 1 single timeout in the log, signal levels are holding steady, very low error…2 -

Hey @PontiacBandit, this is a known issue on our side which our engineers are already working to fix. I'd recommend trying to reboot again, this is helping for most. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.1
