I intensely dislike being thrown under the bus as a customer because of a business dispute you could not resolve in a timely fashion. It only makes your customer relations worse. This is your problem…5 -

File a complaint with your public service commission. This is a blatant abuse of customers in a business dispute. It's like putting your children in the middle of a marital spat.2 -

As a customer I do not appreciate being thrown under the bus every time there is a contract dispute with a provider. It is especially galling when Charter Spectrum has a monopoly in most communities.…15
