What time zone is the 7:10 issue in? I am in EST and it does not happen at 7:10 am or pm. Mine seems to happen at random times.2 -

All the other apps (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube) do not go to black screen so if it is a Spectrum connectivity issue, why doesn't Spectrum make its app like e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtu…2
