Spot on. Spectrum is not providing access to all the channels in the package we pay for so they should provide a refund for every channel in the package that we cannot acceess.1 -

Spectrum, YOU screwed up! You knew this could happen & didn't warn us. AND, you have the gall to refer us to Fubu where we'd have to pay more money to see channels that we are already paying for …1
