Hallmark movies and mysteries

Occasionally the picture will freeze, or the screen will go blank, then when it comes back on it’s an entirely different movie playing. After a few minutes, the picture will do the same thing and the original movie will come back on. I’ve rebooted the box, and a friend in my area is experiencing the same issue. What’s the cause and how can we fix it?

    Earlier in the day I did see an issue regarding that. Are you still experiencing issues with 

    the channel?
