This has been happening ever since the new site went live, when on earth is it going to be fixed? The phone in system takes forever and does not allow enough time to enter in info manually, and when I speak my info it's always wrong.

I have had this problem for several months. Every time I call in billing says they can't fix it and transfers me to repair who says they can't fix it - that billing has to fix it. Endless loop!

Again the problem is not resolved. On previous calls tech support's only solution was to  have me change my password which didn't fix the problem. Per your suggestion I contacted the community support group. They said the problem was because my login ID and email address were the same so they had me change to a different email address.

I had to wait until this month to test their solution because my previous month's bill had alreay been paid via phone. When I tried to pay my bill today it failed again.  This is getting very frustating. Every month I have to go through the time consuming billing/tech support run around.

There is currently a known issue with login and payments. Once this is cleared we would ask that you try that again.

I do not have an estimate but would think by tomorrow the issue will be resolved. If you would like to check on that please contact our Social Media Customer Service group.

Still not working!  Shouldn't take months to fix this problem. Maybe they need to hire better coders.

If you are still having issues with this we encourage you to contact support directly.

Since there is no current issue flagged we would need to troubleshoot with you on the issue.

I have worked with support several times and they don't know how to fix. One time they guaranteed that changing my email address would fix it - it didn't. Their failback answer is that there is some kind of billing problem that will be fixed real soon. As I just paid via phone, I have no way of testing any possible solutions at this time.
