Firmware updates almost daily at all hours why?

We have had constant firmware updates almost daily for over a month. They happen at different times throughout the day. Very frustrating. A technician came out 3 weeks ago and the updates still happen.

    Hi @RB3809. It sounds like your receiver is failing, and I recommend exchanging it at a Spectrum store.
